Made to Order
Most items are made to order, unless otherwise stated, and therefore are not available for immediate despatch. Estimated timescales of delivery will be given when the order is received. If items are required urgently, please contact me in advance to ensure that your order can be fullfilled within that time.
Please note that as all items are hand-crafted, there may be slight differences, imperfections, etc in items in keeping with the nature of hand-crafted items.

Silk Colours
Due to the limitations of reproduction and screen resolutions, the silk colours shown may not be exact and should only be used as a guideline. If you require an exact or close colour match, please supply me with a sample of the fabric you would like to match.
The colours shown are just a small range of colours available; if you do not see what you require, please contact me.
As a standard, all silk is commercially dyed. If you require hand dyed silk, please contact me.

Wholesale Orders
Please contact me if you require a large order or would like information on wholesale terms (only available for bona fide costumiers, etc).

Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error (or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers), we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the incorrectly listed product. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and payment received. If payment has been received, a refund will be given.
